This white Hermitage from the granite soils of Northern Rhone (France) is a complete bouquet of well-balanced and strong aromas of vanilla, lime and white flowers. It has flavors of peach, honey with a slightly oily texture and enough acid to leave a lasting finish. Perfect with cassoulet or beef short ribs.
