Packages

Weekdays

  • 1 Function Room: P50,000 (P42,000 consumable inclusive of VAT and SC + P8,000 venue rent)
  • 2 Function Rooms : P80,000 (P72,000 consumable inclusive of VAT and SC + P8,000 venue rent)

Weekends

  • 1 Function Room: P80,000 (P52,000 consumable inclusive of VAT and SC + P8,000 venue rent)
  • 2 Function Rooms: P100,000 (P92,000 consumable inclusive of VAT and SC + P8,000 venue rent)

Inclusions

  • 5 hours use of venue including ingress and egress
  • service staff (1 or 2 depending on number of guests)
  • basic sound system
  • whiteboard with markers and erasers
  • flipchart with papers and marker

    • Other Amenities (with minimal charge):
  • chaffing dish (P4,000 nett per day)
  • LCD projector rental (P2,500 nett per day)
  • wine glasses (P1,500 nett per day)

    Terms and Conditions

    General terms
    • Maximum of 40 pax for 1 function room and 80 pax for 2 function rooms will be allowed
    • Once you reach the maximum number of pax per function room, an additional P1,500 per head will apply
    • Strictly no outside food and drink outside The Grid
    • An additional P15,000 will be charged for every excess hour
    • In case consumable is not fully used up during the event, guest can opt to spend the remaining amount in food and beverage for take out on the day of the event
    Security deposit

    A security deposit of 20% of total billing amount is required to confirm a reservation. This can be paid through cash or card.

    Cancellations

    Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to event date shall receive a full refund.

    Cancellations made three to four (3-4) days prior to event date shall receive a 50% refund.

    Cancellations made less than three (3) days are not entitled to any refund.

    Guest Liability

    Guests are liable for any loss or damage to The Grid property incurred during the event. In any case of loss or damage, guests will be billed for the cost.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    • Do you accept senior citizen or PWD discount?
      We don't accept any special discounts as our rate is consumable.
    • Can we avail an ongoing promo for our event?
      No other promos or discounts can be used as our rate is consumable.
    • Can we use Giftaway or any other gift certificate?
      No, we don't accept Giftaway or gift certificates.
    • Can we book below the minimum pax for each package?
      Yes, but you will still need to pay the whole package price.
