As good, if not better than our Chicken Pad Thai, but made with wide rice noodles and mixed with bok choy and slices of beef 🥩. We actually based this recipe off of the popular Thai dish Pad See Ew, which is a distant cousin of Char Kwae Teow and Beef Hor Fun! Beef Pad Thai is just a lot easier to say 🤣.
