In the mouth it is simple and fruity, expressing the nose aromas with a floral touch and a crisp and zesty lemon-lime finish. A pleasure to drink from the aperitif onwards. An ideal partner wine for sushi, crab, fish tajine, salmon and dill and poultry with preserved lemon.
