Our take on the Filipino classic is made with pork that’s braised for hours and cooked “puti” style with no soy sauce. This is Adobo that we grew up with and is said to be how it was made before the Spanish came to the Philippines. We serve it with garlic confit rice, poached eggs, and sliced banana
